Creating an alert to be notified when a fiber connection goes offline on TIBCO LogLogic LMI ST SAN appliances

Description
In order to create an alert a search filter must be created with the required text.
1. Create a search filter (Search->All Search Filters) using the term "LOOP DOWN Detected" string. The Regex or Use Exact Phrase search filter option can be used. Do not use quotes when specifying the string.
2. After the filter is created the alert itself can be created. Click on Alerts->Manage Alert Rules to create a Pre-defined search filter alert. When configuring the alert be sure to specify the logapp device entry for the ST appliance on the Devices tab.

Issue/Introduction
It is useful to be able to get notified when a fibre channel link is down so this article explains how to accomplish that.
Environment
The need for this type of alert is only applicable for ST SAN model appliances.
