When you upgrade TIBCO Scribe® Insight, you are required to uninstall the following Adapters:

• Dynamics AX
• Dynamics CRM
• Dynamics GP
• Dynamics NAV
• Web Services

After the upgrade, you have to reinstall any of the listed Adapters that you were using and reconfigure the Connections.

If you have changed anything about the user accounts that the Adapter uses to set up the Connection, that Connection may fail.

For example, the Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM only supports basic authentication (Username and Password).  If you configured your Dynamics 365 account for multi-factor authentication, the Adapter cannot use that account connect to Dynamics 365.  

You can create a special user account just for the Adapter to use when connecting to Dynamics 365 and set up that account to use basic authentication. (SCDOCR-30)
