If you are using NetApp as your NAS solution you may see output similar to the following in the df output on your appliance. The .snapshot entry is caused by using the snapshot feature of NetApp rather than any normal operation of LogLogic LMI. The existence of the .snapshot entry in the df output is expected based on NetApp documentation and allows the NFS client to access historical snapshots of the data hosted on the NetApp device. A .snapshot entry will be listed for each share mounted from the NetApp.

Note the above output is generated on an LMI running pre-6.2.1 version.
LMI does not support the snapshot feature being enabled on NetApp and visible on the clients so it should be disabled or hidden.
