If you have a hardware problem on your TIBCO LogLogic SEM appliance (Dell server) then you will have to contact the Dell support and give the serial number of your server for further investigation.

There are 2 ways to find the Serial Number:

- If you are physically at your server then you can check the serial number on the left side of the machine. The TagId is composed of 7 alphanumeric characters (Ex: BMDJM1J).
- If you are not physically near your server, you can use the following command:
