Diagrams not rendering correctly in version 10.3

Description
After upgrading to TIBCO Nimbus version 10.3.0.738 or 10.3 Hotfix 1 (10.3.0.752) some maps and diagrams do not render in the web server and provide an "Internal application error"
The error is caused by a defect in both 10.3.0.738 or 10.3 Hotfix 1 (10.3.0.752) and the error is most likely to be seen when broken diagram or flowline links are present within the map

Resolution
This issue is set to be resolved in a future hotfix for V 10.3 of TIBCO Nimbus.
As a work around you should ensure that via the classic author client any broken diagram or flowline links are fixed in order to reduce the risk of seeing this issue.
