Description
OpenID Connect option is supported only with particular authentication mechanisms. If any authentication mechanism that does not support OpenID Connect is active on Spotfire, configuration tool will not show the OpenID Connect option.

Resolution
OpenID Connect does not work with the following authentication mechanisms.

NTLM
X.509 Client Certificates Over TLS
External Authentication

If any of the above authentication mechanisms is currently active on Spotfire, the OpenID Connect option will not be seen in the configuration tool.
