                              Spotfire Web Player's "My account" page provides user information and an option to change the password, when Spotfire is configured for Basic Database Authentication.

Resolution
                            
                            
                                  Make sure to setup the correct public address in Spotfire server configuration.  You can setup the public address with the help of the set-public-address CLI command.  
  
Eg: config  set-public-address -u  "https://serveralias:port".  
  
Ensure to restart the Spotfire Server and Spotfire Node Manager Service Services after running this command.
