Description
The upgrade from iProcess Engine 11.6.0 (Oracle) to 11.6.0 HF 21 should not run any database updated.
The output from the upgrade (swinstall) indicates that the following database upgrade script are applied:
Running upgrade script uorai115_00.sql
Running upgrade script uorai116_00.sql

Resolution
The file SWDIR/swdefs.orig existed from a previous upgrade and contained the version 11.4.1.0
The iProcess Engine (Oracle) installer on UNIX reads the iProcess version from in the swdefs.orig file (if the file is present) and therefore applied the database upgrade scripts from 11.4.1 to 11.6.0.21
The resolution is to:
1 Restore the iProcess database and SWDIR to the pre-upgraded version
2 Delete the file SWDIR/swdef.orig
3 Re-run the iProcess upgrade (swinstall)
The installer will upgrade from 11.6.0 to 11.6.1.21 without applying any database updates.
