Description
Due to a compatibility issue between the iDRAC web interface and the web browser users may see the following after logging into the iDRAC:
Environment
This only applies to physical appliances and only H4 generations and newer.
Resolution
This frequently occurs with Microsoft Internet Explorer so try changing to a different browser. If your browser is up-to-date but the iDRAC firmware version is old then it may necessitate an iDRAC firmware upgrade to continue using your preferred browser.
TIBCO-qualified iDRAC firmware (and BIOS) packages are distributed by TIBCO via Dell for the physical appliances. These are provided in the TIB_loglmi_<version>_supplemental.zip packages (available from edelivery.tibco.com) under the Firmware directory inside the zip package.
