Description

When working on the Fields tab of the Text Connector Connection dialog, if you move the mouse off of the Gear Menu and outside of the drop-down box, in some cases, the Connection dialog fields disappear. (D49646)

Resolution

Option 1 – Save The Connection
 

  1. Click OK to save the Connection.
  2. Open the Connection dialog again and the fields should display again.
 

Option 2 – Test The Connection
 

If the required information is not complete, you cannot save the Connection. Instead, click Test Connection.  The Test may fail, but the fields should display again.
