Replication Services Not Replicating All Fields Related To Selected Entities

If you configure a Replication Solution and all of the fields for the selected entities are not replicated in the target datastore, the permissions for the user configured in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Connection dialog for the Source datastore may not be correct. For example, if you are using replicating data from Salesforce to a SQL database and you are missing the AccountRevenue field for the Account entity, it could be because you do not have permission to access that field.
Resolution
- Login to Salesforce.
- Navigate to Setup > Security Controls > Field Accessibility > Account.
- Select View by Fields and select AccountRevenue.
- Review the list of users and their permissions for this field, making sure that the setting for the user configured in TIBCO Scribe® Online on the Salesforce Connection dialog is not set to Hidden.
If you are not using Salesforce, follow the instructions to check permissions for your Source datastore.
Issue/Introduction
In Replication Services you may not get all the fields related to an entity you select if the user in the configured for the TIBCO Scribe® Online Connection does not have the right permissions in the Source datastore.
