If you forget your TIBCO Scribe® Online (Standalone) password, you can change it from the TIBCO Scribe® Online Sign in page.

1. From the TIBCO Scribe® Online Sign in page, click Forgot your password?
2. On the Forgot your Password page, enter the email address used to create your TIBCO Scribe® Online account and click Change Password.
3. TIBCO Scribe® Online sends you an email at that address that walks you through the steps to reset your password.
4. On the Change Password dialog, enter your new password.  For TIBCO Scribe® Online, your password must be at least 7 characters long, contain at least one letter, one number, one character that is not a letter or a number (such as !, &, or *).
5. Accept the Terms of Service by marking that option with a check mark.
6. Click OK to save your new password.
7. Remember to use your new password to sign in to TIBCO Scribe® Online.
