Workbench Freezing After Clicking on Configure Steps

Description

If the TIBCO Scribe Workbench freezes after you click the Configure Steps button, and you cannot recover, use the Windows Task Manager to end the Workbench Process.
 
Review the error generated in the Windows event viewer log as shown. It displays an Application Hang message.

RESOLUTION
The issue seems to occur after undocking from a hardware setup using a laptop and an external monitor.  Try the following:
  1. Click the Windows Key + Right or +Left Arrow key depending where the second monitor was configured to bring the window on the primary screen.
  2. Open the Windows Task Manager. Right-click the Configure Steps Window.
  3. Click Restore.
