Description

Issue:
A user was working with a Salesforce sandbox environment and the fields were visible in TIBCO Scribe Online. When those fields were added to the production Salesforce environment, none of the new fields were visible in TIBCO Scribe Online despite multiple attempts to refresh the metadata. The user created a new connection to the same production instance and the fields are not showing up in that connection either.

Resolution:
The issue was that the user profile used for the connection in the Salesforce production environment was different than the user profile in sandbox. For the fields that were added to the production environment, the user profile had read only access. After changing the permissions for the user profile in Salesforce to give the user access to the fields, the issue was resolved.
