Description
While Querying a Record of MDM From Tibco Business Works using Query Record Palette with timestamp attribute it may give an error as "SVC-11023: Invalid value '2019-03-29 2:23:36.626 GMT' specified for attribute of type 'timestamp', repository 'XXXXX'.

Resolution
This issue occurs,If the timestamp format of User account on MDM WebUI is set to YYYY-MM-DD HH-mm-ss.S or YYYY-MM-DD HH-mm-ss.S AM/PM, or YYYY-MM-DD HH-mm-ss.S AM/PM z.BW Plugin for MDM (5.x and 1.0 or 2.0) supports only YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss.Sz format for Timestamp attributes to add/modify/Query records.
To resolve this issue,We need to set Timestamp Format as YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss.Sz in user profile of MDM user accounts.
