Most of the time when configuring a connection to Dynamics CRM, you can use the Organization Friendly name displayed in the top right corner of your Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. If that does not allow you to connect, try the Organization Unique name.
To find the Organization Unique Name:
In Dynamics CRM from the top navigation select
Settings > Customization > Customizations > Developer Resources. The Organization Unique Name should be displayed as shown in the image.
