Description
When we try to rollback MDM events by executing the command "eventUndo.sh/bat -o event -e XXXXX -an XXXXX -pwd <****> -mn XXXXX -r true" using CLI.
The command output shows "Successfully sent a request for rollback.",but the rollback didn't happen for the particular event/events.
Issue/Introduction
Rollback the MDM events by using eventUndo.sh/bat through command line interface
Resolution
To rollback any event we need to grant below permissions specific to the member to complete the event.
1) The user(member) should have a role of "Command Line user" to execute the script through CLI tool.
2) The user(member) should have permissions to rollback any event by using resource security.Click on Administration from MDM UI,Resource security and select Resource Type as 'event' from the list then click on show permissions.Select the user and allow the permission for "Allow rollback and edit of event" option.
