An error occurs during the installation of the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for iProcess version 11.6.2 contained within the iProcess Technology Plug-in software package.

The TIBCOiProcessPluginsInstaller.log file generated reports the error,

During the installation the installer program parses the Silent Installation configuration files and uses the TIBCO_HOME value which is set to /opt/tibco even if a different TIBCO_HOME location was established at the start of the installation.

All supported operating systems

If the ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks installation location is not /opt/tibco follow the steps below before performing the installation.

1. From the location of the installation media (the same folder where the setup program is being invoked from) traverse to the auxinstallers/<operating system> folder.

For example,
auxinstallers/linux

2. The folder should contain the file, TIBCOUniversalInstaller_bwpluginiprocesss_11.6.2.silent  

3. In the file, check the value:

<entry key="installationRoot">/opt/tibco</entry>

matches the TIBCO_HOME location of the ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks installation.
