If a Solution execution has errors, those errors can be reviewed in Execution History. At times, the Execution History Details page for the selected Solution is empty even when the Solutions page indicates that there are errors.

 

1. Select Execution History from the Menu.
2. Select the Solution with the error status from the drop-down.
3. Select an error Status from the Status drop-down.
4. Select Apply.
5. The Execution history should display with the start time, number of records processed, number of records failed, and a result, such as completed with errors.

5. Select the job that completed with errors.
6. Select Error Detail from the Gear menu to display the Execution History Details page. Occasionally, as shown below, this page is blank even though we know it should be populated.

 

• Not enough time has passed for the Solution to upload the history to the cloud.
• The Scribe.sdf file located in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent folder has reached its 4GB limit and is no longer accepting entries.
• The Agent has been corrupted.

Resolution

• Allow a longer amount of time to pass to see if the history is updated.
• Each On-Premise Agent has a Scribe.sdf database file where data is stored until it can be uploaded to the cloud. Check to see if the .sdf file has reached its limit of 4GB. The .sdf file is stored in ..\Program Files (x86)\Scribe Software\Scribe Online Agent. If the limit has been reached then contact Support. You can uninstall and reinstall the On-Premise Agent, but the data in the .sdf file will be lost.
• The Agent may not have updated, try to restart the Agent from the Agents page using the Restart button. If the Execution History still does not display, the Agent may be corrupted.
