Description

The On-premise Agent is stuck in an updating status. The Version column on the TIBCO Scribe® Online Agents page indicates the Agent is out of date. The user is setup as an Administrator but when the user tries to restart the Agent, the Restart option on the Agents page is grayed out.

Resolution

  1. Install a new TIBCO Scribe® Online On-Premise Agent.
  2. Modify your Solutions to use the new Agent.
  3. Do not delete or uninstall the problem Agent. Contact TIBCO Support for assistance in retrieving the Agent logs and the Agent SDF for the problem Agent.
