Description
This error may occur when previewing or running a TIBCO Scribe® Online map with a Pardot connection:
ERROR: Exception Type : InvalidExecuteQueryException Message : Scribe.Connector.Pardot.ErrorCodes Client IP address/location must be activated before accessing API. Problem: IP is not whitelisted. Solution: Whitelist IP address to access the API.
Issue/Introduction
This error may occur when previewing or running a map with a Pardot connection:

Message : Scribe.Connector.Pardot.ErrorCodes Client IP address/location must be activated before accessing API.
Problem: IP is not whitelisted. Solution: Whitelist IP address to access the API.
Resolution
Pardot offers the option for location activation when you access the application from a different computer and from an unrecognized location for the first time. This prevents someone from accessing your account in the event that they discover your Pardot username and password.
