User(s) those who have signed in for the region 'Europe' are not able to login to TIBCO Spotfire Cloud Analyst when they set the Cloud Spotfire Server address as https://spotfire-next.cloud.tibco.com
The login stays at the below screen and never proceeds:

Resolution

When you download TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Analyst to use Spotfire on your desktop, make sure that you point to the correct server. If you signed up for the region Europe, the server address to use when logging into Spotfire Analyst is: https://eu.spotfire-next.cloud.tibco.com
