Description
If you are having problems connecting to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise installation using the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter do the following:
- Open the CRM deployment manager.
- Right-click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM > Properties > Web Address.
- Copy the URL.
In the TIBCO Scribe® Insight
Workbench Connection Settings for Dynamics CRM do the following:
- Paste the URL you just copied to the Server URL field.
- Check that the user you are including in the connection configuration has been added to the Deployment Administrators in Dynamics CRM and is a member of the CRM active directory PrivUserGroup group.
- Log into Dynamics CRM and check the Organization name.Copy and paste the name into in the Workbench Connection Settings for Dynamics CRM. This name is case sensitive.
- In the Deployment field, change the deployment type to Partner Hosted.
- Enter the Domain in the following format: domain name\username
Other:
- Check the Firewall to make sure connections to the Dynamics CRM server are not blocked.
- Try to connect to Dynamics CRM from the same server where TIBCO Scribe® Insight is installed.
- Try to connect using the Dynamics CRM Plugin Registration Tool.
