If you are having problems connecting to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online using the TIBCO Scribe® Online Connector for Dynamics CRM, check the following:

• Make sure you are using the correct URL ‘’https://disco.crm.dynamics.com’’ in the Dynamics CRM Connection dialog in TIBCO Scribe® Online. There is a list of possible URL’s in the TIBCO Scribe Online Connector For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Help.
• Make sure that the user you are configuring in the Dynamics CRM Connection dialog in TIBCO Scribe® Online has System Admin and customizer roles in Dynamics CRM.
