Description
While exporting a service configuration from the command line, Spotfire administrators may see the following error:

Resolution
Important Note: Take a backup of the Spotfire server installation folders to a different location before making any changes.
To resolve this issue, the "config" directory must be deleted. After that, the export service command can be successfully executed and the configuration files will be exported to "[Spotfire Server installation directory]\tomcat\bin\config" folder.
