After logging into cloud.tibco.com, the user can not log into AuditSafe (https://auditsafe.cloud.tibco.com/tas/home). The user sees this error:
This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://auditsafe.cloud.tibco.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Resolution
This error can be eliminated by clearing the cookies out of the browser that is being used to connect to AuditSafe. After clearing cookies, log out and then log back in to cloud.tibco.com, and then access AuditSafe. The issue should be eliminated.
