Description

This issue is seen when copying exported visualizations and pasting them into Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, etc.) may result in blank content.

Right click on a visualization in the TIBCO Spotfire web client > Export visualization image.
Right click on the exported image > Copy image.
Open Microsoft Office Product, e.g., Outlook, Word.
Ctrl+V or Right Click > Paste .

This may result in blank content, instead of the copied visualization as expected.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, instead of pasting the image directly, use "Paste special" (Ctrl+Alt+V) and select "Device Independent Bitmap."
