Resolution

There is no Install code issued for Statistica perpetual license, and install code is not needed to complete the installation.
Therefore, there is no need to specify "INSTALLCODE" option in the silent install command for Statistica perpetual license. Simply removing the option "INSTALLCODE" from the silent install command will do.
