Description
iProcess Decisions Server plug-in generates an exception when invoking a decisions service:
Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/corticon/service/ccserver/CcServerFactory
Environment
TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle) 11.5.0.16
TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-in 11.5.0
TIBCO iProcess Decisions Server Plug-in 10.3.0
TIBCO iProcess Decisions Server 5.4.1.18
Resolution
Install the iProcess Decisions Server Plug-in 10.3.0 Hotfix 01
The hotfix replaces the eairulesmanager_handlers_library.jar file under SWDIR\eaijava\libs\repository\eairulesmanager\handlers
The hot fix is required in order to invoke a Decisions 5.4.1 service
iProcess must be restarted after installing the hot fix.
