Spotfire Analyst is installed but user is not able to access the TERR Tools option under the 'Tools' drop-down menu

Product: TIBCO Spotfire (desktop client / Analyst / Professional) Version: All supported versions OS: All supported Operating Systems

Resolution

Under Tools/Administration Manager confirm that TIBCO Spotfire Extensions is enabled for user group.

Confirm that Spotfire Extensions license is enabled for user group
