Special handling must be used when exporting 2d horizons to Kingdom from Petrel

In order to export 2d horizons to Kingdom successfully, you will need to have at least 1 2d dataset associated with the 2d line(s) that the horizon was interpreted on. That's just a Kingdom requirement.
