Description
Root Cause:
The issue occurs because of wrong/old version of Internet Explorer present on the TIBCO Spotfire Server(Web Player) machine e.g. Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) is not a recommended version to be used with TIBCO Spotfire Web Player Server 7.X and above.

Resolution
To resolve the problem, upgrade Internet Explorer browser on the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player Server machine(Node Manager) to IE10/11.
