Sometimes, synchronizing an AD group which contains a particular user does not let that user access Spotfire. When this happens, the server log may show the following error:

ERROR 2014-05-05T19:10:39,305-0300 [*LdapSynchronizer.SynchronizerCallback*] userdir.ldap.LdapProvider: Found no users: review the settings for the LDAP configuration Ldap

This can happen if the user was originally created in a different OU group that has not been synchronized with the Spotfire Server LDAP configuration, then later added to the OU group which has been synchronized.
