The customer will be able to download the Hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.Once logged on they can find the Hotfix under the Download Menu :

If you logged in to the TIBCO Enterprise Administrator server when the proxy was
running on HTTPS protocol and the server was running on HTTP protocol, an HTTP
code error occurred after a successful login. This error occurred because the
server did not support the 'X-forwarded-proto' configuration through Jetty.
