Description
In Spotfire client versions before 10, you could open local files and files from library from the File menu. From version 10, this functionality is no longer available under the File menu.
Resolution
From version 10 all files, local files as well as files in library, are now opened from the Files and data flyout 
.
Opening local files and files in library can be done in the following way:
1. Click on the Files and data flyout
in the upper left corner of the Spotfire client.
2. Here you will find the options to Browse local file and Browse the library:

Issue/Introduction
In Spotfire client versions before 10, you could open local files and files from library from the File menu. From version 10 all files, local files as well as files in library, are now opened from the Files and data flyout.
