Within the Information tab on the user details section the 'Modified by' timestamp can report that it was last modified by LDAP incorrectly. In some cases, even if the user account is not managed by LDAP. The timestamp is wrongly updated when the LDAP service checks the account to see if it is active and LDAP managed.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved as part of V 10.2 Hotfix 5
