Some customers encountered intermittent "Error Occurred while creating JDE Connection Invalid UserName and/or Password." when JDE Adapter refreshing the JDE connection, This issue happened with valid, activte Username and password.

How to resolve intermittent "Error Occurred while creating JDE Connection Invalid UserName and/or Password." when refreshing the JDE connection

Resolution
To resolve this issue, customer can follow below checklist:
1. Double check if JDE Username and Password are valid and active in JDE Server;
2. Customer can use JDE Test Tool comes with JDE Adapter to test the connection, they can go to ADJDEXE_HOME\util directory to get the Tool. For how to use the Tool customer can refer to JDE Adapter Doc->Chapter 7 Advanced Topics: JDE Test Tool.
3. One important reason for this intermittent issue is because customer might use old JDE jar to connect to newer JDE Server, for example using JDE 9.1 jar to connect to JDE 9.2 Server. Please make sure you are using the same JDE jar version to connect to matching JDE Server.
