com.tibco.bw.palette.sap.escapeEOLCharacters property must be enabled in order to parse line breakers in the IDoc message by IDocParser activity.

Resolution

For Design time in BusinessStudio, append -Dcom.tibco.bw.palette.sap.escapeEOLCharacters=true as the VM parameter before Run or Debug the BW application.

For the Runtime, add java.property.com.tibco.bw.palette.sap.escapeEOLCharacters=true to bwappnode.tra.
