Description
When the product and version are visible to the user but they get the Download Unavailable error when clicking on Download.
Resolution
If you get this error you should check with the Administrator on your company edelivery account to confirm that you have access to your company's account. If you do not know who the Administrator is, please open a new case on the TIBCO Support Portal or email us at support@tibco.com.
