Description
When an Administrator tries to add a new user to the company's account on the TIBCO Support Portal and gets an error that the user already exists.
Issue/Introduction
Administrator getting an error when trying to add a new user
Resolution
This happens because the user is already associated with a different account in our system. Please open a new Support case and a member of our Technical Support Team will move the user to the correct account.
