Description
Statistica Server (a.k.a WebStatistica) starts multiple processes that are standing by to handle tasks. There are 2 types of processes: short-term processes that handle UI activities, and long-term processes that handle scheduled analyses.
Resolution
Login to Statistica Application Server.
Select All Programs>> Statistica [version] >> WebStatistica >> Administration or Type "Administration" on the Statistica Server Start menu search.
In the Pooling section, double click on MaxLL.
4.This value for MaxLL, along with the value for MinLL can be set. It is recommended that this be set to 2 times the number of cores available on the server. For example : A PC with one dual core processor has 2 cores, MinLL and MaxLL can be set to 4
MaxSL and MinSL can usually be left at the default value of 2.
6. Launch Services.msc from Control Panel >> Administrative Tools>> Services and restart the Webstatistica service.
NOTE: If MinLL and MaxLL are set to a different numbers, at any given time - there will be MinLL+MinSL number of Statcf processes running and WebStatistica will spawn up to a MaxSL and MaxLL number of processes as required. (SL for short length jobs and LL for long length jobs) .If MinSL= MaxSL and MinLL=MaxLL, then the number of Statcf processes that webstatistica will spawn will be MinSL+MinLL.
