Description

In versions 7.14 and lower of the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst installed client, Reload Data is under File > Reload Data, or the shortcut icon on the menus bar. Spotfire 10 has a new design of the user interface, and this menu option is moved to another location.

Resolution

For Spotfire Analyst version 10.0.0 and above, Reload Data can only be found under Data > Reload Data.
