Description
In Enterprise Manager, there is an option to retrieve email addresses from LDAP server in User Administration. How can Enterprise Manager be configured to retrieve email address from LDAP Server
Resolution
Login to Enterprise Manager as an Administrator or a user with System Admin(SADM) privileges and navigate to System Options >>Account Policies and fill the LDAP Settings for email address retrieval section according to the LDAP settings provided by your network administrator.
Commit the changes by clicking on Commit on the top left hand corner of the screen. If required, change the Email address option for Enterprise users to Use Email address from an LDAP Server.
