Why does my Cloud license show that it is in Oregon?

Description
When logging into TIBCO Cloud Spotfire customers are only shown the option of logging into an Oregon server. Many would like to change this to a server closer to their location.
Environment
Product: TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Analyst
Version: All supported versions
OS: All supported Operating Systems
Resolution
Currently all of the TIBCO Cloud Spotfire servers are located in Oregon, there isn't an option to change this. All data will still be easily accessible.

How can customers change their Cloud license from Oregon to something in their region
