A label that is input into the 'Automatic labels' section of the Data Entry setup will show up in the top of the Web Data entry form and is auto populated after the first entry for all the samples in the form for that session. In other words, the user will only need to enter a value for that label for the first sample in a Data Entry session. Subsequent samples will use the label value entered for the first sample. Until the user logs off from the Data Entry session, the Automatic Label's value will be assigned to all collected samples.

To add any label as Automatic label, click on the option to Show Automatic labels in the Inputs page of a Data Entry setup and click on 'Add' to add a label as an automatic label.

Labels added to this section  will show up in the Data Entry form as shown below :

 The Automatic labels will persist values from the first sample entered in a specific session.
