Text Miner not available after applying Access Code to update Statistica license file

Description
After upgrading to Statistica 13.x.x.x and then requesting an Access Code to add the Text Minder feature to our license file (as this is one of the features we purchased), Text Miner is grayed out. How is this fixed?
Environment
Windows operating systems only.
Resolution
Deleting the StatOpts.xml file, which is a user's options file, will fix this.
