Resolution

Go to Information Designer on TIBCO Spotfire Analyst. Edit the data source for Teradata and update the connection URL string. Add charset=UTF8 and tmode=ANSI like following"

jdbc:teradata://MyDatabaseServer/database=MyDatabaseName,tmode=ANSI,charset=UTF8;
