1. On the Enterprise Server, open Contol Panel | Administrative Tools | Data Sources(ODBC)
2. Click the tab titled "Tracing"
3. Make a note of the Log File Path or change it to be saved on the desktop.
4. Click "Start Tracing" and reproduce the error, then click on "Stop Tracing"
A log file will be created in the Log file path, use this ODBC tracing log to submit to support when troubleshooting.
