Statistica Enterprise Manager is grayed out for lnon-admin users

Description
I have some users that are trying to access Enterprise Manager but their icon is grayed out. What are the privileges to allow access to Enterprise Manager?
Issue/Introduction
Enterprise Manager is greyed out for some users
Environment
Windows operating systems only. Applies to Statistica Server products only.
Resolution
For users to have access to Enterprise Manager, they must have one of the admin permissions below:
1. Alarm Admin
2. Analysis Admin
3. Data Admin
4. Data Entry Admin
5. Database Admin
6. Folder Admin
7. Report Admin
8. Server Task Admin
9. System Admin
10. User Admin
However, uses who have permissions to certain objects may open them from Enterprise without being a member of an administrator group:
