Resolution
1. When Statistica is launched, click Tools|Options|Analyses/Graphs|Limits->Number of processors (cores). This controls how many cores you want to use.
This option could be helpful if you are running a large analysis project and want to save some cores for other tasks within max cores allowed on your machine.
